Delivery and Shipping
We strive to ship your order the same day you place it, provided we receive your order before 12 PM. Otherwise, we will ship as soon as possible and definitely within 1-3 business days.
During special occasions such as online outlet events, Black Friday, and Christmas, delivery times may extend up to 5 business days.
If you place a pre-order for an item, the amount will be charged to your account at the time of reservation. The item will be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock.
If your order is urgent, please call our customer service at +45 4826 1650 to ensure it is shipped the same day.

- GLS Parcel Shop 39 DKK - FREE shipping to parcel shop for purchases over 399 DKK.
- GLS Home Delivery 59 DKK
- GLS Business Delivery 45 DKK
- DAO 35 DKK
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If You Don't Pick Up Your Package from the Parcel Shop
A package not picked up from the parcel shop within the deadline incurs a return shipping fee of 45 DKK for Sistie. Therefore, we consider such a return as a cancellation of the purchase and deduct a 45 DKK return shipping fee from the respective parcel shop.
However, packages are often returned because the buyer did not provide the correct phone number or email address, and therefore did not receive a notification from GLS. Please remember to check your details when placing an order.

Damages
Sistie/Sistie2ND is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
