Return and exchange service
At Sistie/Sistie2ND, you always have 30 days of full right of withdrawal from the date you receive your package. We do not take back used goods.
We would like to point out that no guarantee is given for stones on hair accessories.
The unwanted goods are sent back together with a copy of the order or invoice as well as a completed return slip and will be credited.
You are then asked to place a new order in our webshop www.sistieshop.dk for the product you wish to exchange.
The 2 purchases therefore take place independently of each other.
We recommend that you send with GLS and get a Track & Trace no.
Discount codes
If you have used a discount code, you will only be refunded the amount you paid and not the original price of the product before the discount code was applied.
If you have purchased during a campaign such as FREE GIFT , 3for2 or a gift set , the entire order must be returned if you want a refund.
- If you return a product in a gift set, you will not be refunded 50% of the amount.
Return portal
You cover the costs for the return yourself. If you use our return portal and label, it costs DKK 45, which will be deducted from your purchase when we put money for the purchase back into your account.

Once your return has been received, customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return shipment meets the conditions* for return (see return slip attached to your shipment), we will return the money to your payment card as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt.
If you have paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the credit card used.
Delivery of products from UrbanCph is deemed to have taken place when you as a customer have received the item.
Packages not picked up will be considered a regret for the purchase, which is why we deduct a fee of DKK 45 for the return freight from the parcel shop in question.
BUT, most often packages are sent back because the buyer has not written his phone number. or email address correctly, and therefore have not received a notification from GLS - so remember to check your information when you make an order.
Important!
Your goods must be sent back in the original box or other proper packaging, so that they are not damaged during the return shipment, and be in the same condition as on receipt.

Repayments
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
