How much does a shipment cost?

In Denmark, shipping is free with GLS package shop for purchases over DKK 399. If the purchase is under DKK 399, shipping costs DKK 29. We can also send your order home to your home address, but in that case you must pay postage. A private shipment with GLS costs DKK 50.00. If you are not at home when GLS arrives, you will have to collect your order from your nearest GLS Parcel Shop. See more under shipping .

What do I do with a complaint?

You must send the defective item back to us. Fill in the enclosed return slip and send the defective item back in the original box securely wrapped. Upon receipt of the item, we will assess the defect and exchange it for another similar item, if it is still in stock. We point out that no guarantee is given on sequins, pearls, stones etc. on hair accessories and chunky rings. See more under trading conditions.

Sistie2nd: Disse smykker er lavet af genanvendt rustfrit stål med en forgyldning af 18 kt. guld og behandlet med en PVD-belægning. Denne belægning er ekstremt holdbar og tåler sved, vand, fugt og parfume. Pas på du ikke ridser smykkerne. Sistie: Disse smykker er lavet af ægte genanvendt sterlingsølv 925 med en forgyldning af 18 kt. guld og ægte rhodium på sølvsmykker. Når du ikke bruger dine smykker så opbevar dem i små plastikposer. Tag altid dine smykker af ved håndvask, bad, svømning, sport og rengøringsarbejde. Sov ikke med smykkerne på, og sørg for at påføre hårlak og cremer, inden du tager dine smykker på. Ægte sterlingsølv 925 og forgyldt sterlingsølv er metaller, der jævnligt skal rengøres for at forblive smukke. Puds dit sterlingsølvssmykke med en blød klud eller læg smykket i sæbevand. Det er vigtigt, at smykket tørrer helt, inden du lægger det i en lufttæt pose. Hvis dit sølvsmykke er oxideret, kan du afhjælpe dette ved at bruge "silver dip," som kan købes i dagligvarebutikker.
